Camp Mack May 15, 2010 course results: White  Yellow  Orange  Green  Red  Meet Director: Brad Whitmore Course Setter: Brad Whitmore Helpers: Pat Keim, Maywin Liu, Scott Fitzpatrick, Julie Keim, Eddie Bergeron It was a great day for orienteering with 70 degrees and clear. This was a joint SVO and boy scout event. The main challenge was all the new trails, roads, parking lots, clearings (planted with crops !) and even a large patch of woods that was clear cut. None of it on the map of course, though we drew in a few item. This caused problems for a lot of people, and is going to make it hard to use this map again until we remap it, or at least figure out where all the new trails (mainly mountain bike) go so we can at least draw them in. In any case, most people seemed to have a good time and we introduced orienteering to about 45 scouts. Thanks to Eddie Bergeron, Scott Fitzpatrick, Maywin Liu, Julie Keim, and Pat Keim for helping out before or during the event.
