Long's Park May 4, 2002 course results: White  Yellow  Meet Director: Brad Whitmore Course Setter and Helper: Eddie Bergeron National Orienteering Day (NOD) was held on a beautiful spring day, and while the turnout was low (about a dozen people since the groups each had 2 - 5 people), everyone appeared to have a great time. Free compasses, NOD hats, and some software with topo maps of Maryland and Delaware were given out as part of the event. All but one of the participants were newcommers and most indicated they would be back for other SVO events.
