Camp Mack November 25, 2001 course results: White  Yellow  Orange  Green  Red  Meet Director: Brad Whitmore, Eddie Bergeron Course Setter: Mihai Veres Helpers: Marilee + Mike Ball, Scott Fitzpatrick, Mihai and Mihai D. Veres Seems like it always rains at Camp Mack. Marilee said we should have scheduled the meet a few weeks earlier so that we could have broken the drought earlier. While it sprinkled on and off most of the day, the real fun started about 3:00, when the skies opened up catching about half a dozen people still out. Collecting controls was also fun, especially when the thunder and lightning showed up. Even so, it was a pretty successful meet, and the relatively warm temperatures kept the rain from being too nasty. We had a misplaced control on the red course that affected 3 runners before it was corrected, so we subtracted 2 minutes from their time. This means Randy Hall edged Mark Voit on the red course. Michelle Wenz kept her recent white course winning streak intact. Other winners were Nunnery Rodriquez (yellow), Julie Keim (orange), and Florin Tencaria (green). At least it didn't snow.
